  • Nic is one of our PT's here at The Training Depot. Nic has a background in sprinting, AFL and competes in Hyrox internationally. Nic is a secondary school PDHPE teacher, and studies sports science.

    Nic specialises in functionality, core strengthening, rehabilitation, weight loss, balance and performance.

    With Nic's tough, yet understanding approach she gets the most out of her clients and works them hard to get the results they are after.

  • I'm Angus, an Accredited Sports Nutritionist and PT with over 5 years of experience. My passion for Sports Nutrition and PT stems from my personal involvement in bodybuilding competitions and endurance events such as marathons and triathlons. After years of training and competing, I began to realize the positive effect exercise had for me mentally and fell in love with the health and fitness industry.
